Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Work on your custom digital order begins shortly after purchase. Please double-check all details and submission info before finalizing your order, as cancellations cannot be honored once processing has started.

Notice to EU/UK Customers: Due to the custom, made-to-order digital nature of these products, by completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Digital Delivery & Processing Time

Your custom digital product will be delivered directly to the email address you provided at checkout.

Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 4 days for your custom order to be created and emailed to you.

If you have not received your digital delivery after 4 days, or if the received files are corrupted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at violetgaze22@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue right away.
